How quickly will my order arrive?

With the exception of service machines, most orders received before 11am will be dispatched the same day and sent out using the delivery services outlined above. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday. Orders received after this time may be dispatched the following working day.
Service machines will be sent out on a pallet and must be signed for. Deliveries will be made on week days only and will take up to 7 working days. In the event of any damages you must notify us by emailing: sales@apauto.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. We will contact you to check if there are any special conditions of delivery.

Can I track my order?

We will keep you updated with the status of your order via email. Once the order has been dispatched you can track the parcel using the tracking number provided in the ‘confirmation of shipping’ email. Orders shipped by pallet can get information via telephone.

What if I want to return an item?

We hope you will be happy with your purchase but in the event that you do need to return a product, please refer to the information below.
Non faulty products:

  • Please return the unwanted item within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be returned fit for re-sale and with its original labels and packaging. Sale items are not returnable or refundable. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that returned goods are sent to us using a signed for service with proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received.
  • When returning items for exchange, an additional postage charge will be required to resend the exchanged item.
  • AP Auto reserves the right to charge a small fee for restocking if the product is returned due to the Customer changing their mind.

 Faulty and damaged goods:

  • Firstly, contact us by email (sales@apauto.co.uk) or phone (01453 796905) referencing your invoice number and giving the reason you are returning the item together with photographic evidence (if appropriate). Please also state whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund.
  • All stock is carefully checked prior to despatch. We recommend that you check your order on receipt before signing for it because once goods are signed for we will not accept any damage claims. If you sign for the goods as ‘unchecked’ we will not accept any claims for damages discovered at a later time.
  • We will either replace the damaged/faulty component or replace the item in its entirety at our discretion. If you decide to cancel your order you will be liable for the cost of the delivery to you as well as the return. We recommend that returned goods are sent to us using a signed for service with proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received.
